I'm not going to lie and say that I haven't been hesitant my whole driving life to buy from a small name lot. But rigs and rides have changed my opinion. They are wonderful and honest!!!

What a wonderful place to buy a car from! Me and my daughter were out car shopping for her first car and we stopped by Rigs and Rides. Tom was there to show us some cars and my daughter immediately liked him. After we seen a feen options he introduced us to Marlin. We told him that my daughter was looking for her first car and explained what she was looking for. Marlin was amazing explaining everything to my daughter. I was immediately appreciative that he talked directly to my daughter and explained things very thoroughly. By the time we left there my daughter said she really liked them and wanted to get her car through them, she really like how Marlin explained everything in a way she understood it. They were amazing through the entire process. My parents came along for the ride and ended up buying a car from them at the same time as we did. In the past I've had horrible experiences on Used Car lots, but, every single person there at Rigs and Ride made the process so easy and were so kind, and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Buying a new car was a big deal to me and a little scary, seeing as I had my old one for 11 years! I knew what I wanted and needed out of my new car and these guys really helped me out and gave me a great experience! Everyone was very friendly and personable. The test drive experience was awesome! Felt no pressure to buy, at any point. When it came down to it Marlin went to bat for me to get me the best rates I could while helping me stay in my monthly budget! As well as hooking me up with an insurance broker to help find me the best deal for a luxury vehicle! Came in & test drive same day, took to my mechanic next day, they had my requests done end of that week & I purchased on the weekend same week. Best price for what I was looking for.
