In the past I've had horrible experiences on Used Car lots, but, every single person there at Rigs and Ride made the process so easy and were so kind, and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I never felt pressured to do anything. They made sure I knew everything about my vehicle and I felt like a family member by the time I left. I would definitely go back to them to buy another vehicle. Super people working there! All of them!

Buying a new car was a big deal to me and a little scary, seeing as I had my old one for 11 years! I knew what I wanted and needed out of my new car and these guys really helped me out and gave me a great experience! Everyone was very friendly and personable. The test drive experience was awesome! Felt no pressure to buy, at any point. When it came down to it Marlin went to bat for me to get me the best rates I could while helping me stay in my monthly budget! As well as hooking me up with an insurance broker to help find me the best deal for a luxury vehicle! And it was genuinely a good time during the process, he's a great guy and I felt comfortable and heard! And he gave us some sweet snacks! Thanks guys! Super happy with my new Rig. It's a dream!

Had a great experience with this Co.: Accommodating, efficient & followed through with my 2 requests. Came in & test drive same day, took to my mechanic next day, they had my requests done end of that week & I purchased on the weekend same week. Best price for what I was looking for. I spent several months looking for the right vehicle for myself and my family. I finally found that vehicle at rigs and rides. The things that I found most appealing about them were 1. The team there were all very friendly 2. The team was very transparent 3. They work hard for you in getting you a deal that watches out for the best interest of you; not the dealership. The entire process was very easy and I didn't feel pressured throughout it. I told them what I was looking for and they didn't try to push me into anything more.
