I purchased a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek from rigs and rides and Marlin and Barry were so attentive and helpful the whole way through. I am a first time buyer and was looking for something that would feel like me. The crosstrek they had was absolutely perfect and I got an amazing deal. They went above and beyond talking me through every detail of the buying process and was able to get me low interest and a low down payment. Both Marlin and Barry were kind, funny, and created a very stress free environment to help me feel comfortable with my purchase. I was able to get out the door with the keys shortly after my test drive which Barry came with me on. During the test drive Barry provided clear instructions and made sure to let me know I was doing great which helped me feel less nervous about my first test drive at a dealership. I asked them lots of questions and didn't feel like that bothered them once. In fact, they urged me to ask questions and wanted me to understand what was going on. Not one time did I feel pressured into making my purchase and now that I've been driving this new car for around 4 days, I truly feel 100% confident in my decision to purchase at rigs and rides. Shout out to Barry for his outstanding dance skills. He hit the floss and dabbed better than anyone I've ever seen. Very hip and cool. 😜

I have not personally had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from rigs n rides yet, but I was with my friend as she purchased her 2014 Subaru Crosstrek! Let me say, Marlin and Barry (who did a dance for us!! hahaha) were hilarious and so attentive in explaining all the ins and outs of buying a car, as my friend is a first time buyer. Super light hearted and fun environment and eased my friend into feeling confident about her lovely subie! Will 100% be coming here as a customer when the time comes.

I've been putting off purchasing a new car, because I can't stand how stressful it usually is. Not here!!!! Amazing staff, not pushy, just a pleasant experience all together. I've bought a lot of cars over the years. This time it was made easier and somewhat faster. Iver a full day buying before. Here I went in atv10 am give or take and was on my way home at 1 pm give or take. Salesman did disappear to work with new customers every no w a and then a ND we could have gotten done an hour or twovearlier but all in all best overall experience I've had

I called about a 1 ton truck after a friend recommended me. They immediately called me back when something became available. I was in Texas at the time, my fiance in Reno for work. They did everything they could to work with us and get this done on our schedule. No pressure. We worked with Nick who has knowledge on trucks like ours and was able to answer all our questions. They sent us a carfax. We have had no surprises and are so happy with our purchase. Thanks to Tom also for making the finance process smooth.

The guys really were amazing. They took the time to help my disabled mom understand the paperwork and ensured she got a sturdy vehicle to accommodate her needs. From start to finish, we enjoyed our experience. Will definitely check them out for any future car purchases!
